Questions, answered
Do I need an account to book a court?+
No. Booking through a venue’s ShuttleSpot page is guest checkout — name, phone number, and payment. The mobile app (with accounts) adds drop-ins, groups, and credits on top.
Can I book more than one court at a time?+
Yes. Select multiple time slots and multiple courts in one checkout; each court gets its own confirmed reservation under one payment.
What happens if I cancel?+
Each venue or club sets its own cancellation policy. Where a club defines tiered refunds (for example 100% with 48+ hours’ notice), ShuttleSpot computes and issues the refund automatically when you cancel in the app.
How do payments work?+
All card payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are verified on our servers at the moment of booking, so what you’re shown is exactly what you’re charged.
What if the slot fills up while I’m paying?+
Court conflicts are impossible to double-book at the database level. In the rare case a payment goes through but a slot was just taken, the unfulfilled part is refunded automatically.
